Main public facing website to show off CoTech to potential clients and members (originally launched at the CoTech Social Feb 2017). This is no longer a WordPress site, at the CoTech Hack 2018 it was switched to a static site generated from the git.coop CoTech website repo, see Website for further details.

Wiki (wiki.coops.tech)

Documentation for CoTech. Accounts available to members of CoTech only.

To create an account on this wiki ask an existing admin to create an account for you by using the create account page (the account creation page only works for wiki admins).

After account creation the user rights form can be used to add the user to the Administrators group (to allow them to create accounts for others) and potentially the Bureaucrats group to allow them to create other Administrators.

Loomio (loomio.org/g/oVwtKDOn/cotech)

For decision making within CoTech. Viewable by anyone with a Loomio login. There are some guidelines for making decisions on the Loomio

Cloud (office.coops.tech)

Nextcloud instance for storing files, chatting, calendar and contacts and making video/audio calls. Accounts available to members of CoTech only. There are some notes evaluating the platform here: Nextcloud. If you need any help with it, ask Webarchitects, we have migrated our whole office systems onto Nextcloud and it works well for us.

CoTech Community Calls (Calls)

We have community calls that currently take place every month on Jitsi Meet. You can find more info on the Calls wiki page and on this forum thread.

Code Hosting and Development (git.coop/cotech)

We use git.coop to share code between CoTech members. This is a GitLab instance run by Webarchitects. To get access you need to join Webarchitects, which can be done for as little as a pound. See https://git.coop/cotech

Surveys, running LimeSurvey, if you would like an account to create a survey ask Chris Croome, Polly or Finn.

Slack Channel ( tech-coops.slack.com)

For real time chat between individuals. Open to all CoTech members, ask for an invite.

CoBudget (fund.coops.tech)

GitHub

The www.coops.tech site code was hosted on GitHub where we have a CoTech organisation and that was the place to raise issues such as bugs and feature requests, but now it has been moved to git.coop with the switch from WordPress to a static site generator.

Mailing List

We have an open tech-coops email list with open archives. This has mostly been replaced by our Discourse Forum and will probably be shut down and archived.

Google Calendar

Google calendar. This will probably be shut down soon if we opt to go with Nextcloud.
