Values and Principles

We all thought about what we want the values and purposes of the network to be. We tried to discuss collectively and struggled a bit. We ended by throwing ideas out to the group and Harry took notes. He's going to take a punt at writing it up into some kind of manifesto, to be shared back to the group for comment and edit.
