CoTech Coordinator Working Group/ Meeting Notes/ 22nd of October 2021

- Talk through feedback from timeline put out to membership - How to divide up proposal drafts?

- Sent to 60 people, 6 responses in total - 10% so far

- The Dev Society got back Molly as representative to steer this.

- Broadband Coop said they would give a rep.

- Callum from Code-Operative said he would do this. Also a longer reply with concerns and so on.

- People saying they have no bandwidth fro it: Josh from ChangeLab, Doug from WeAreOpen, Lucinda from Media Coop

- The roadmap has been sent out, but we are lacking some people

- So will send it out to further people

- When do we consider this activity closed?

- Want to get it in the CoTech newsletter - John

- Want it to be in every channel that is avaliable

 - Loomio
 - A fresh thread on the forum
 - Then we can say we've tried everything once!

- The participation is ongoing, no cut-off

- The next recruitment step is "Ask coops to provide representatives to discuss proposal in groups of 5 -> invited by 12th November"
