- Ben is raising that there have been issues with people applying to old jobs that have formerly existed. Suspects that people are getting the roles from some AI scraping. Ask Chris L. on mitigation (Richard E).
- Case studies - please fill this out ASAP for the website, we would like at least six.
- We have an updated site! There are some spacing changes that we can put on the site by Chris L.
- The forum has been changed. There are more tags that we can implement if we'd like. Noting that the light/dark mode is not working.
- The March CoTech gathering is live, registration is open. The trade forum group is meeting every two weeks. At the March CoTech gathering we can detail what the day will looks like, the organising team is fleshing out the concept of having a trade fair targeted at coops. They want to pin down one keynote speaker. They are also trying to nail down other topics for the March 2026.
- Do we need financial support? We can go out to CUK for marketing, travel bursary, food costs (purchased from coops). We can also ask Solid Fund.
- Whats happening. Lightning talks. Conference style. 50 people. We are offering them showing that they support coops, we can invite a speaker from their side to talk bout tech strategy.
- Agile Collective will triage emails until the next call, can check out email leads playbook.
- A non payee list will be created on the forum, members only tab. We can have a BD chat at the next gathering to continue this chat on rates/issues/etc.

- How do we use the Deck + meeting notes in a more useful way? Put AP in Kanban to be discussed moving forward.
- Ensuring all active in CoTech have workers.coop SSO accounts
