Manchester Uni x CoTech AHRC proposal

Proposal submitted yesterday for work on Green coops by design, Richard and Natasha have been leading on this from CoTech, if won a one year program would start in Feb next year.

Three phases of work:

Work with existing CoTech members, what does design mean?
Green co-operative design skills workshops to develop a framework.
Co-operative hackathon to explore the application of the framework.

Date / time of the monthly calls

Calls are now listed on the workers.coop events page.

We agreed to move the future calls to 3pm so Nancy from workers.coop can attand.

Ethical consumer conference

October 23rd in London, Simon to take one spare ticket, there might be another.

CoTech Spring 2027 gathering

Thursday 4th or Thursday 11th March? Involving the Ashton co-operative data centre.

Agreed to aim the event at co-operative sector.

Tim to discuss with Shaun at the Ethical Consumer Conference and also discuss with Co-operative UK, Amy is aware of the idea.

Evening social in central Manchester on the same day.
