Multi-stakeholder Co-operatives are co-ops where different groups, for example workers, clients and investors are all members of the same co-op.
With some models, for example the Somerset Rules, it is possible to grant different voting weights to different groups of members, for example Webarchitects uses the Somerset Rules and although all members have one vote, the total votes of the workers counts for 50% even though there are fewer workers than clients.
Co-operatives UK also has a model set of multi-stakeholder rules.
