Planning
A final planning meeting is to take place, see this Doodle poll which is setting a date for the meeting, linked from this forum comment.
There was a form to register your interest before the end of August 2017, see the announcement.
There was a planning session on Friday 8th September 1pm-6pm at 1st Floor, 149 Fonthill Road, London, N4 3HF, see the thread about this meeting and the Google document of notes, which have also been copied to 8-Sep-2017 Space4.
Wortley Hall 2017 was discussed at the Workers Co-op weekend, see the notes from 6-May-2017 Great Hucklow#Wortley Hall.
Agreeing to proceed with this event and sorting out the date and deposit was done on this Loomio thread, "we have a provisional booking for 3 nights and 2 days 27-29 November for 49 rooms plus the ballroom and Henry Collins lecture room - same as last year".
